Join acclaimed author and therapist Stephanie Dowrick in conversation with artist and author Tom Sutherland about his debut novel, The Child with Two Hearts. Based on true events, this powerful story follows a young girl's survival through a brutal childhood in India, where a profound spiritual experience rescues her from a dark obsession with revenge. Drawing on Stephanie’s bestselling insights into emotional transformation and courage, the pair will dive into the complex intersections of trauma, forgiveness, and resilience. Tom is a Port Fairy local who has spent decades of his life helping those less fortunate in India.
This event will be the conclusion to our weekend, and will be followed by a short conversation with artist Jane Farnan about her exhibition, presented by Naked Man artist Robert Gott. Drinks and nibbles will be served at this event.
